Ruby brown (24) pour with dark khaki head; cap disappeared quickly; better than spotty lace; excellent clarity under cap. Tarty, funky Brett/fruity nose; some earthiness with lite wet horse blanket round out the aromas. Flavor of sour cherries up front with lite acidity; gentle oak flavor which shows up more in the mouthfeel; some horsiness but mostly sour cherries in the finish. The mouthfeel has a dryness from the oak without being overly drying; moderate lite carbonation. Overall, an excellent balance of complex sour fruit, oak and barnyard flavors. Light and so easy to drink. Outstanding
