A- Pours a hazy medium amber color with a 1/2 inch fizzy off-white head that retains decently before becoming a paper-thin ring around the edge of the glass and minimal surface foam. Non-resilient lacing leaves tiny specs behind.
S- Fruity aroma with some lactic acid twang.
T- Somewhat tart with plenty of the tea quality coming through. Mild stone fruit. Kind of limp and watery.
M- Dry and acidic with medium carbonation and a lightish body
