Pours a mostly clear (little chill haze, perhaps) with a nice finger of white fluffy head. Nice rim left after the beer settled, lacing the glass in spiderweb sheets.
Nose is mostly the Sorachi Ace, but there is a decent coconut edge to the hops in this beer. There is also a little more grassy than lemon, a spicy herbal grass that seems like its dried moreso than fresh cut. The honey adds the faintest impression of fresh honeysuckle behind all the bolder aromas.
Taste follows the nose quite well in the variety of flavors. The grass is a little stronger and in the fore, the coconut undercutting it by mid taste. A nice, almost creamy feel comes with the coconut notes in most sips - almost like coconut milk. This yields to the spicy/herbal notes and more grass in the end. A little metallic note in some sips at the end is probably the most glaring downside.
