Aspiring to the same spirit, this limited edition Single Barrel Bourbon has a distinctive, bolder mash bill then the premium, smooth Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Consisting of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Barley. Distilled and aged for five years in charred American oak barrels and is non-chill filtered.
Nose: Honey & spice, caramel, oak, vanilla, and some cherry
Taste: coffee caramel, spice, and honey.
Finish: Sweet cinnamon and spices on the long finish.
