Finished Blend Composition
56.7% Grenache, 31.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12.1% Zinfandel
Nose: The nose is complex with citrus, sweet honey, brown sugar, and cooked fruit and jam notes.
Palate: This bourbon has a wonderfully thick mouthfeel and long legs on the glass. It’s starts sweet but quickly mellows to fruitcake, raisins, dried oranges, gingerbread and dark chocolate.
Finish: The finish is long and slow with lingering spice and fruit while the tannins begin to permeate and leave your mouth dry as you chew the flavors and go back for another sip.
